HARUNA RESTAURANT DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT FOR RESTAURANT RESERVATION SERVICES
1. Subject and Scope
The website of Haruna Restaurant has been prepared to provide information and reservation services related to dining experiences offered at the restaurant located in Cappadocia.
Haruna Restaurant provides online reservation services via its website and digital platforms in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Distance Sales Contract.

2. Parties
This contract is made between:
Haruna Restaurant, and
The individual who completes an online reservation and accepts these terms and conditions by entering the requested personal information.
Services are offered only to individuals who are legally authorized to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
The consumer using the services declares that:
- they have the legal capacity to enter into contracts,
- they can assume responsibility for obligations arising from the use of the services,
- they are over eighteen (18) years of age.
The consumer also confirms that they are authorized to make reservations for themselves or for accompanying guests.
3. Service Description
The website allows consumers to make restaurant reservations and dining service bookings.
By accepting the Terms of Sale, the consumer confirms that:
- they have reviewed and accepted the terms in advance,
- they have been informed about restaurant reservation rules, service conditions, and pricing policies.
All descriptions, images, and information published on the website are for informational purposes only.
Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, differences may occur due to:
- seasonal menu changes,
- renovations,
- updates to restaurant design or service offerings.
In case of doubt, customers may contact the restaurant directly using the contact information provided.
Information available to consumers includes:
- restaurant services and dining concepts
- prices and applicable tariffs
- payment conditions
- reservation terms
Reservations are personal and non-transferable.
4. Type of Service
The restaurant service concept and details are available on the website and official social media channels.
The consumer declares and accepts that:
- table reservations are subject to availability,
- arrival times should comply with the reservation time,
- additional services requested during the visit may incur additional charges.
Guests are responsible for providing correct information during the reservation process.
5. Contract Duration
This contract enters into force when the reservation is confirmed by the restaurant.
The contract automatically ends when the reserved dining service is completed unless a dispute arises.
In case of a dispute, the contract remains valid until the issue is resolved.
6. Reservation Procedures
Reservation information must be filled in accurately and completely by the consumer.
Haruna Restaurant is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the consumer.
Before confirming the reservation, the consumer can review:
- the contract,
- payment information,
- reservation summary.
By confirming the reservation, the consumer acknowledges acceptance of these terms.
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations in certain circumstances such as:
- suspicious or unusually large reservation requests,
- previous disputes with the consumer.
Reservation Process Summary
- The consumer selects the restaurant reservation date.
- The number of guests is entered.
- Reservation time is selected.
- The consumer reviews the reservation summary.
- Guest information is entered (name, email, phone number, special requests).
- The consumer confirms acceptance of the terms.
- Reservation is submitted.
- If payment is required, the consumer is redirected to a secure payment page.
- Payment is processed through the bank’s virtual POS system.
After completing the reservation, the consumer receives a confirmation email.
7. Payment and Billing
If payment is required during reservation:
- the total service fee must be paid during the reservation process.
- prices include VAT.
The payment system is protected with SSL encryption.
Haruna Restaurant does not store credit card information.
Invoices are provided upon request or sent to the email address provided by the consumer.
According to Turkish tax regulations, invoices must be issued within 7 days of the service date.
8. Cancellation and Changes
Except for documented force majeure events (death, accident, etc.):
- Up to 24 hours before reservation: cancellation is free of charge.
- Less than 24 hours before reservation: cancellation may not be refundable depending on the reservation type.
Refunds, if applicable, are made only to the card used during payment.
Bank processing times may vary.
Refund transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers may be deducted.
If the consumer cancels the reservation after arriving at the restaurant, no refund will be issued.
These cancellation terms may not apply to:
- promotional reservations
- discounted offers
- non-refundable bookings
9. Personal Data
The consumer confirms that they have been informed about the processing of personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
The restaurant may process personal data for purposes such as:
- reservation management
- customer communication
- service improvement
- legal compliance
Haruna Restaurant never requests sensitive information such as passwords or credit card details via email.
Any such requests should be treated as phishing attempts.
10. Force Majeure
Events such as:
- natural disasters
- pandemics
- terrorism
- technical failures
- strikes or lockouts
are considered force majeure.
In such situations, Haruna Restaurant may:
- cancel reservations
- postpone services
- relocate reservations if applicable.
The restaurant cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by such events.
11. Other Provisions
Haruna Restaurant may change prices listed on its website at any time.
Reservations and services are subject to availability.
The restaurant reserves the right to:
- modify services,
- cancel reservations in case of pricing errors,
- refuse service where necessary.
Consumers cannot claim compensation for services changed or withdrawn due to operational reasons.
The restaurant reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of reservation.
12. Dispute Resolution
This contract is governed by Turkish Law.
Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved by the Nevşehir Courts and Enforcement Offices.
